Chapter ONE
Florence - La Dolce Vita
Martina was born in Florence (Italy) where she enjoyed a balanced and happy upbringing. From an early age, she demonstrated a strong sense of independence and adaptability. Surrounded by art, craftsmanship and the dolce vita, she developed a highly creative mind and strong manual dexterity. At just 14, she began working during her summer holidays and quickly discovered a deep appreciation for achievement. After completing her 12th grade in scientific studies and earning a degree in Enology, she moved to the UK.

Chapter TWO
London - Urban Work Formation
Once in London, Martina began working in the hospitality sector as a sommelier for Michelin starred restaurants and luxury hotels. In 2010, she graduated from Business School with 1st Class Honours, followed by a Master’s Degree in Events Management with Music & Media from London Metropolitan University. Shortly after completing her studies, Martina launched her event production career at some of London’s leading multi purpose art venues. Within two years, she was managing and producing entire areas of the UK’s largest music and arts festivals, including Glastonbury and Boomtown Fair. Her leadership and expertise led to an invitation to lecture two Events Management modules at London Metropolitan University. During this period, Martina met several of her mentors and developed a deeply rooted work ethic that continues to guide her career today. See Martina’s work

Chapter THREE
Digital Nomad - Self Discovery
After 10 years of urban living, Martina felt a deep calling to push her boundaries in pursuit of a more sustainable and alternative lifestyle. She embarked on a global journey of self discovery, taking her event production skills to an international level. It was during this time that she joined the Envision team. Along the way, she developed a strong passion for outdoor sports such as surfing, climbing, skiing and high altitude hiking ⎯ activities that deepened her connection with nature and the elements. Martina remained highly career driven throughout this exploratory chapter, cultivating a strong sense of pride and determination in her work. In 2018, she joined the tour of world renowned tenor Andrea Bocelli delivering first class productions in arenas and concert halls with capacities of up to 20,000 people.

Chapter FOUR
Costa Rica - Self Reliance
In 2019, Martina chose to settle in Costa Rica, embracing the opportunity to expand her professional skills and deepen her personal interests. She taught herself frontend development coding—see Martina’s creations—and cultivated a passion for carpentry, herbalism, permaculture, regenerative systems and sustainable construction models in tropical environments. Since then, Martina project managed eco resort remodels, supported several reforestation projects and developed management and financial tracking tools for environmentally conscious construction firms. Earth - Focus & Regeneration
Martina never stops learning and has consistently applied her diverse skills across various industries. She is dedicated to elevating her work and exceeding expectations. She currently focuses on raising awareness through regenerative principles and promoting ethical business practices. Passionate about supporting the environment and local communities, Martina actively pursues projects that empower individuals with the tools and knowledge to make informed, ethical decisions, building their confidence to become effective change makers within their communities.
