SELVA ARMONIA
Eco Resort
Selva Armonía is an immersive eco-luxury resort in the jungle of Costa Rica. Martina was approached to manage the construction of three small villas, two ensuite cabins, a bathhouse and a large greenhouse. She also oversaw the complete remodel of the staff compound, the restaurant’s seating area and the commercial kitchen. Collaborating closely with the foreman, Martina managed overall designs and technical drawings, timelines, budgeting, cost analysis, supplier relationships and coordination throughout the build.
Martina has many positive qualities. However the best thing about working with her is her communication and focus on each step of every project.
ECO VILLAGE
Martina coordinated communications among owners, investors, architects, master planners and engineers throughout the permitting, environmental impact studies and blueprint phases of a luxury commercial and residential development comprising over 20 units. She developed a solid understanding of Costa Rican condominium laws related to environmental protection and contributed to market research, business planning and financial forecasting to assess the project’s viability.
Martina is an exceptionally calm, dedicated, and steady professional who approaches every task with a constructive mindset and commitment. She values integrity and upholds meritocracy.
LIVING SPACE
Living Space is one of the most renowned residential and commercial construction companies in Costa Rica’s southern zone, known for its ecological designs. Martina was brought on by the Directors to support home and interior modeling, project management and the restructuring of the company’s internal systems. Within just a few months, she successfully streamlined communication flows and improved timeline management across multiple projects.

MODELING &
TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
Martina has been using SketchUp for several years, beginning with custom stage design and later expanding into residential homes, renovations and bespoke furniture. She can now produce highly detailed 3D models that significantly enhance build timelines and streamline communication across teams. Beyond her technical proficiency, Martina brings a deep sensitivity to natural elements, maximising available resources and creating harmony between landscape and design. Her work is consistently guided by a strong focus on reducing environmental impact in every project she undertakes.
PERSONAL PROJECTS
Martina has been physically building her luxury home in Costa Rica alongside her partner, blending diverse materials and construction techniques. What began as a spare-time project has evolved into a true lifestyle, driven by their shared passion for creation, art and design. Martina focuses on interior finishes and custom furniture-making, while her partner—a master of many trades—has constructed the entire structure from the ground up. Guided by their deep understanding of permaculture and regenerative principles, as well as their love for nature, they have thoughtfully designed and cultivated the surrounding farm to harmonise with the environment.
